1. Return Period
We accept returns within 30 days of receiving your order. Returns or refunds after 30 days are not supported.
2. Applicable Products and Fees
All catering equipment products are eligible for return.
For returns without reason, 28% of the total order amount will be deducted to cover material and time costs.
3. Item Condition Required
Returned items must be brand new, unused, and in the original packaging. Returns do not apply to items that do not meet these conditions. No exceptions.
4. Return/Refund Process
Before returning, please contact our customer service at info@juanmingappliance.com to state the reason and submit for review.
You must upload photos or videos of the item. After approval, you must mail the product back yourself.

5. Shipping Fee Policy
- The buyer bears the shipping cost for normal returns/exchanges.
- If there are serious quality issues and the product cannot be repaired, the seller will bear the shipping cost.
- For slight damage caused by transportation that does not affect function, if the buyer requests a return/refund, the buyer must pay the shipping fee.
6. Refund Timeline
After approval and receipt of returned goods, refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7 business days.
